Shropshire EwesThe Shropshire breed originated in the counties of Shropshire and Staffordshire in central western England. It was was developed by breeding the native black-faced sheep that were known as Longmynd with Southdowns to breed out the coarseness and horns. It was later crossed with Leicesters and Cotswolds to improved the length of the wool and give size to the sheep. Size: 5" Tall Weight: 1 Lbs. |
